At first I didn't want to read this book because the characters were getting so much older than me, but Mom kept encouraging me to pick it up and when I did, I was VERY glad because I can relate to the main character in many ways. It is a great addition to the books of Bayern. Rin is Razo's little brother. She is forest born. She has a special bond with trees and feels horrible whenever she's done something wrong. But when it seems like the trees won't forgive her and she's all alone, the only solution is to leave the forest and visit Razo, Dasha and Isi in the city. But soon there is a battle and the fire sisters are off to Kel on a dangerous mission. This is an exciting book with an important message and great characters. You need to read it!
